Life Coaching for Young Adults: Build Confidence and Step Into Your Authentic Self
Discovering Who You Are
Becoming an adult isn’t just about paying bills or choosing a career path—it’s about discovering who you are and learning to live in alignment with your values. For many young adults, this transition comes with self-doubt, uncertainty, and pressure to live up to outside expectations. Life coaching for young adults provides a supportive space to explore your identity, build self-esteem, and grow into your authentic self with clarity and confidence.
Common Struggles in the Transition to Adulthood
Many young adults feel pulled in different directions. You may be:
Doubting yourself or struggling with low self-esteem
Unsure of your passions, strengths, or future goals
Comparing yourself to peers and feeling “behind”
Trying to balance independence with family expectations
Experiencing stress or anxiety about making the “right” choices
Wanting to live authentically but unsure how to start
These struggles are part of the growing process, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Coaching gives you tools and guidance to feel more confident, grounded, and connected to yourself.
How Coaching Supports Personal Growth
I help clients move beyond self-doubt and into self-discovery. Together, we will:
Strengthen self-esteem and build genuine self-confidence
Break through negative self-talk and perfectionism
Explore your values and identity so you can live authentically
Develop clarity about your goals and passions
Practice healthy boundary-setting and assertive communication
Create strategies for resilience, self-compassion, and growth
I’M SAGE GRAZER.
My approach to life coaching is supportive, collaborative, and action-oriented. Each session balances reflection with practical tools, helping you uncover your authentic self while also taking real steps forward. We’ll identify limiting beliefs, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build habits that support your confidence and independence. Coaching is not about becoming who others think you should be—it’s about becoming the fullest version of yourself.
I’m passionate about helping young adults develop the skills to break free from negative patterns and move towards a deeper sense of self-acceptance and self-love. My coaching aims to teach clients how to overcome self-doubt, communicate effectively, improve relationships, and step into authentic self-confidence.
In addition to my career as a psychotherapist, I co-founded a mental health company, Frame, that aimed to make therapy more accessible and attainable by offering free mental health content and resources as well as matching clients with therapists. My experience building a startup gave me a unique perspective and inside look at the inner workings and complex relational dynamics that come up in startup culture.
Coaching for Millennials and Gen Z
Every generation faces unique pressures, and today’s young adults are navigating a world that feels faster and more competitive than ever. Coaching provides a safe and structured space to sort through the noise, reconnect with your inner voice, and take practical steps forward. Whether you’re in college, recently graduated, or adjusting to your first job, life coaching can help you build confidence, independence, and purpose.
Is coaching right for me?
COACHING
Coaching is for you if you’re looking for short-term collaborative sessions to work on concrete goals with steps and strategies. While coaching will address burnout and stress, we do not work through diagnostic mental health issues in coaching work.
Psychotherapy (also referred to as therapy or counseling) gets to the root of the issue and helps uncover the patterns of behavior and beliefs that keep you stuck in negative cycles. Therapeutic work is aimed at improving your mental health and your quality of life.
