Online Therapy for Entrepreneurs & High-Stress Jobs

I specialize in helping founders and others in high-stress careers develop the skills to regain balance in their life, communicate more effectively, and step into authentic self-confidence.

Many of the clients I’ve worked with can maintain the appearance that they’ve got it all together but, inside, they’re struggling with anxiety, imposter syndrome, low self-confidence, and battling burnout, all while trying to balance their personal and professional responsibilities.

My experience as founder and entrepreneur give me a unique perspective and inside look at the inner workings and complex dynamics in startup culture. I get it, there are some realities of high-stress jobs that we have to work with.

I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can stop pretending and start getting to the root of what’s troubling you so that you can get on the fast track to personal success.

Common questions

  • Therapy can help you identify the emotional patterns and communication habits that affect how you lead and connect with others. By developing greater self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation, you can communicate more clearly and respond to challenges with confidence. This growth supports stronger relationships, more effective leadership, and a healthier work culture.

  • Anxiety can make it harder to think clearly, increasing self-doubt or overanalyzing every choice. In leadership, this can lead to hesitation, avoidance, or difficulty delegating. Therapy helps you recognize anxious thought patterns, manage stress responses, and make decisions from a place of calm confidence rather than fear.

  • As a business owner, it is very easy for the line between work and life to disappear. If you are wondering how to avoid burnout as a business owner, a helpful place to start is treating your well-being as part of the business plan instead of something you will get to “when things slow down.” Research on burnout shows that chronic stress, long hours, and feeling like you have to do everything yourself can lead to emotional exhaustion, feeling detached from your work, and a sense of reduced effectiveness. Building in support, setting realistic limits on your time and availability, and creating systems and delegation are not luxuries, they are core parts of keeping both you and your business healthy.

In therapy, we look at both the practical and internal factors that make burnout more likely. Together we notice early signs in your body and mood, explore beliefs such as “I have to be available all the time” or “If I slow down, everything will fall apart,” and work on more flexible, sustainable ways of relating to your work. I draw on evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy to help you set boundaries, reconnect with parts of your life outside of your role, and design routines that support your nervous system rather than push it past its limits. The goal is not to care less about your business, but to care for yourself in a way that allows your business to grow without costing your health or relationships.

  • Imposter Syndrome is the persistent feeling of being unworthy of your accomplishments or fearing you’ll be “found out” as a fraud, despite clear evidence of your competence. It often shows up as chronic self-doubt, perfectionism, or anxiety about not measuring up. Through therapy or coaching, you can challenge these internalized beliefs, recognize your strengths, and build genuine confidence in your abilities.

  • Yes. I offer coaching services, which differ from therapy in that we will not be addressing diagnostic mental health issues. Coaching is a short-term, collaborative approach, during which we will work on concrete goals with steps and strategies.
